Refund Policy

We strive for complete satisfaction with every project we undertake. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to make necessary revisions. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfill the agreed-upon scope of work or if the revisions do not meet the agreed standards. Please note that refunds are not available once work has commenced.

Delivery Policy

We deliver all video and editing projects electronically via secure file transfer services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer. Delivery times depend on the complexity of the project and the agreed-upon timeline. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date before beginning work. If there are any delays, we will communicate with you promptly and work to resolve any issues.

Return Policy

As our services are custom and tailored to your specific needs, returns are not applicable. If you have concerns about the quality of the final product, please refer to our Refund Policy. We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with our services and will work with you to address any issues within the scope of our agreement.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or changes to your project or subscription, please refer to the terms outlined in your contract. For month-to-month contracts, a 30-day notice is required to cancel and avoid any further charges.
